Refund and Cancellation Policy

Because our online courses provide immediate access to digital educational content, refunds are available only on a limited basis.

A refund may be requested within 14 days of purchase, provided that no more than 10% of the course content has been accessed or completed. Course activity and progress are recorded through the online learning platform and may be used to determine eligibility for a refund.

After 14 days, or once more than 10% of the course has been accessed or completed, course purchases are non-refundable.

For courses that include certification, certification is earned only after completing all stated certification requirements, including any required final examination or assessment and achieving the required passing standard. Failure to complete, submit, or pass a required examination or assessment does not constitute failure to provide the purchased course or service and is not grounds for a refund.

If exceptional circumstances prevent a student from continuing a course, the student is welcome to contact Animal Training and Research International Center. Requests may be considered individually at our discretion, but consideration of an exceptional request does not guarantee a refund.

Students who have questions about course access, completion, examinations, certification, or a purchase should contact us directly so that we have an opportunity to resolve the matter.
